Reservations are as simple as filling out and submitting our online form or mailing/faxing the text version of the form. Upon receipt of the deposit (30%), you will be sent a letter or e-mail confirming your booking. If the date you requested is not available you will be notified immediately and you may either select an alternate date or have your full deposit refunded.
Cancellation Policy: 50% of your deposit will be returned if we receive notice of cancellation in writing more than 30 days in advance. With less than 30 days notice the entire deposit will be forfeited. A deposit for a canceled trip may be applied to another booking within 12 months of that originally scheduled.
